Mindset and Behavioural Agility Participants


At one point or another, we’re all faced with times of stress, challenges, uncertain futures and competing demands. In these situations, our response has an impact on our wellbeing, and ability to thrive and grow. This program examines a leader’s mindset and behavioural agility to build resilience and growth in themselves and their teams and be ‘Future Fit’. The intent is to support leaders to develop a Growth Mindset, along with more productive habits to take active steps around their own future and effectively coach their teams to build the same capability. Be collaborates directly with Professor Carol Dweck (Stanford) on the Growth Mindset series of programs.

  

Learning Outcomes

• Lead self and teams through change and high degrees of uncertainty with a focus on    opportunities for growth.

• Develop skills to understand Fixed Mindset triggers, building behavioural agility.

• Use Leaders coaching tools to help teams focus on their purpose, growth, and to increase           their level of positive emotion to transition into a Growth Mindset.

  

Approach

The program incorporates 3 x 2 hour sessions with interim tasks in between plus a half day coaching program. The spacing and pacing of learning allows participants to learn concepts in smaller chunks and work on reflection and activities in-between sessions (with their reflection buddy/family). Logistically, we can run up to 3 sessions in one day in one location.

• Create a culture of development by setting up Fabulous Struggle logs.
