Facilitation Skills

“Engaging, provided useful techniques”

“Brilliant – honest and useful feedback and always encouraging. Passionate and knowledgeable”

Facilitation Skills Participants

The Facilitator’s role is to enable a group to achieve their outcomes effectively. While demonstrating objectivity and confidence, the facilitator needs to skilfully manage group dynamics, elicit discussion from all parties, provide salient information, host diverse points of view and guide the group to reach decisions.

Our Approach:

This workshop explores the two key requirements for success:

1. Facilitation techniques that will foster positive attitude and contributions from attendees, to steer groups successfully towards an outcome.

2. Raised self-awareness, experience, skills and knowledge as a facilitator

This program is highly interactive. Participants receive individual coaching and structured feedback from their fellow participants and an experienced BE facilitator. Skills and techniques provided in the workshop will help to increase knowledge, self-awareness and confidence to facilitate various types of interactions. These practical, hands-on techniques are immediately transferable to the workplace.

Pre-work is also a part of our process to ensure participants arrive with their own specific, workplace case studies to use as a relevant basis for practice.
